Britney Spears is now preparing her money to settle a lawsuit against Brand Sense Partners, the company that hooked her up with Elizabeth Arden to front her Radiance perfume.

Brand Sense was supposed to get 35% of Britney’s profits as stated on their contract. However, Brit had a secret deal with Elizabeth Arden to cut BRand Sense ou of the deal.

After showing the legal documents, the company is entitled to receive 1/3 of Britney’s profit. So, to settle the case and to fix everything, Brit agrees to pay Brand Sense for the total amount including a lump sum. Ouch!
