An affidavit released by Orange County District Court in Vermont contains testimony from a 14-year-old girl who says
deceased 12-year-old Brooke Bennett was being trained to be used for sexual acts.

The unidentified witness state's that Bennett's
uncle, Michael Jacques, 42 , and
stepfather, Ray Gagnon, 40, were forcing the girl into something they called the "Breckenridge Program." Bennett and the witness were reportedly two of the three girls being prepared by the men to be used sexually.
Here is a quote from the affidavit:
"She further explained the Breckenridge program. In order to graduate, you had to attain 75% on how you perform. She is now at 50% and the men tell you what to work on. She would receive phone calls and e-mails from Breckenridge. These correspondance would tell her what sexual acts to perform. She stated she has met three men from the program and one of them she identified as Jacques."
It goes on. Really, if you feel like being depressed for the rest of the day,

When you hear about men like this, it really makes you sad that last week the Supreme Court struck down the use of the death penalty in child rape cases (for the record, I happen to agree with the ruling). Hopefully, enough evidence will surface to take down not only the uncle and stepfather, but whoever else is behind this Breckenridge program.
