Brooke Burns will also appear in the movie “The Most Wonderful Time of the Year,” a holiday-themed movie which is scheduled to air on Hallmark’s Channel in December.

As an biography, Brooke Elizabeth Burns was born March 16, 1978, in Dallas,TX. She is an American actress and used to be a fashion model. Prior to her acting career she appeared in “Mug Root Beer” and “Carrows Restaurants” commercials. Her childhood dream was to become a famous ballet dancer. After a serious skiing injury, her dream was put to an end as she was unable to perform the flexible dance moves needed.

At age 16, Brooke Burns moved to Europe with her parents. She appeared in various fashion magazines, making a name of herself. The big break came when she was auditioned for the role of Jessica Owens on “Baywatch” and “Baywatch Hawaii.” Other television appearances include “Ally McBeal,” “Just Shoot Me!,” “Out of the Blue,” and “Death to the Supermodels”. She hosted the game show “Dog eat Dog”. In 2005, Burns was named No.31 on the list “Hot 100″ of Maxim magazine . She was one of ABC’s stars of the short-lived comedy “Miss Guided,” and the short-lived show “North Shore” and “Pepper Dennis”.

Brooke Burns stated in an interview:” I’m a Southern girl. I like when they open the door and pull out a chair. I’m really into a man’s man.”

In 2009, Brooke Burns will be on Lifetime’s drama pilot “Mistresses” as Shannon. Also starring: Camille Sullivan, Holly Marie Combs as Jane, Rochelle Aytes as Ava and Sarah Glendening. The television series focuses on a quartet of female friends from college now facing life in their thirties.
