Bruce Campbell To Reunite With One Of His Past Directors!
Sometimes, it becomes next to impossible for an actor to partner again with his or her favorite filmmaker. As a matter of fact, it’s been often observed that a star yearns for such a project, but his wish remains unrealized.
Yeah, I am talking about the Evil Dead movie series!
Hey, wait on!
Don’t take it as the news that Bruce Campbell is returning with a reboot version of the Evil Dead.
(I guess that would have been terrific too!)
Anyway, just don’t lose heart, because the movie that would be bringing together Bruce and Sam is a prequel to the ‘Wizard of Oz’, an edge-of-the-seat fantasy tale.
It has not been officially announced what kind of role Bruce would be donning, but in one of his Tweets, he revealed that it would be pivotal.
What I am interested to watch is how an old timer like Bruce fares along with a new rising star like James Franco. The Spider Man star, whose role has already been confirmed, would be seen portraying the titular character of Oz.
Well, that means the Burn Notice covert agent won’t appear as the Wizard. However, as asserted by Bruce, he will be a catalyst to many an event in the forthcoming ‘Oz: The Great And Powerful’ movie.
Currently, it’s making news, because the movie is set to re-unite two important people, who are known to dish out great movies. Let’s hope that full-bloomed creativeness remains online as always, when this duo comes together.
With the release date for Bruce Campbell’s upcoming movie project slated to be March 2013, changes in its star cast and creative milieu might take place. And I am hoping that nothing trembles Bruce’s fate with Sam!
