Bruce Jenner (Pacific Coast News) Bruce Jenner became a celeb in the '70s thanks to him "winning" back the decathlon title in the Olympics, and he then became a spokesperson for Wheaties, got invited to the White House, and ended up with a TV career of sorts before meeting his future wife and becoming a reality TV star. He met Kris Houghton in 1990, and five months after they started dating they tied the knot! Jenner already had four kids from previous marriages when he acquired Kris' four kids, Kim, Khloe, Kourtney, and Rob Kardshian. Bruce and Kris went on to have two daughters of their own, making Jenner proud father of 10 kids!
He's watched his kids all grow up over the years, and he's changed a lot too -- even in the last decade. He's reportedly had multiple facelifts and plastic surgery procedures over the years. Check out pictures of his transformation in the spotlight here:
