Casting Bruce Willis in a film already guarantees a certain degree of action. But throw in Superman and the action levels might just reach crazy. The Cold Light of Day promises action from both stars as Henry Cavill plays Will Shaw, son of Martin (Bruce Willis). While on a family holiday in Spain, Will returns to the family boat to discover that they have all disappeared. In trying to track them down he uncovers the truth behind his father’s involvement in the CIA and must become an action man himself if he is to stand any chance of saving his family.

Directed by Mabrouk El Mechri, the film looks to be action-packed with an impressive cast and what might just be a very clever plot involving the CIA, secrets and a thin line between friends and enemies. With a supporting cast including Sigourney Weaver and a Spanish backdrop, this certainly looks to be one to watch.
