False Prophets blog enlightenment

And our silly pill of the week award goes to the folks at http://openenlightenment.org, where you can find constant conversation about the amazing March 2009 enlightenment of both Bloggers; Duncan and Alan.

The site back links to another site: http://www.thebaptistshead.co.uk, which is also authored by both men, There you can read an actual account of there false enlightenment, complete with flash-Bang white lights and everything.

The writing on the site is actually quite entertaining; Alan takes us on a trip to India where he met with Ashrams etc. to ensure that he met the timetable specified for his enlightenment. That’s right; he and Duncan found the exact dates that they would experience their ‘Big Special Event’ – Enlightenment, from Tarot Cards and other mystic fortune telling methods.

The Baptist head website speaks about Magick with a dash of meditation and Buddhism as the path to enlightenment, mostly thru Alan and Duncan’s amazing Magical records, which document their achievements with typical modesty. For a great laugh we can find the enlightened Alan on the about us page where he is displayed in a formidable looking Gandalf pose, I almost expected to see lightning shooting from his fingertips.

Really, this is a must visit. The ‘open enlightenment’ website comes complete with a FAQ for critics, where Alan dutifully dispatches with any possible critics of his supposed enlightenment by clairvoyantly writing answers for any of their questions; amazing.

One of Duncan’s latest posts speaks about how his enlightenment might not be a blessing at all, since he is still essentially experiencing the life of an un-enlightened individual…hmmm, hard to imagine.

We have to give them pros though because the site; according to it’s authors, is written for the benefit of us lower beings, apparently so that we might all revel in the amazing experience of their enlightenment, since there is certainly no educational material regarding meditation, or study on the site.

So, for those of us lacking in patience, after practicing for decades perhaps, despair not, Alan and Duncan have a surefire way to schedule and achieve your enlightenment in two years or less, HooRah!
