The job holder is responsible to direct, manage, and control all aspects of sales, operations and services in Amanah Branch in Semarang.
- Has at least 5 years working experience in Banking, specifically in managing sales, services, and operation in the area of Consumer Banking.
- Possesses a strong Syariah Banking knowledge.
- Possesses very strong sales management and leadership skills.
- Possesses excellent customer service skills.
- Has a good knowledge of General Banking operations, systems, and control.
- Is conversant of all relevant Compliance boundaries of the role.
- Good interpersonal skills to ensure harmonious working relationship with different functions within the Bank.
- Demonstrates a high degree of integrity.
