Sorry you had a fall but in all honesty you shouldn’t be self diagnosing you need to see a doctor or go to th ERYou could have a slipped capital femoral epiphysis. It happens for folks your age and it needs treatment right away. Go to a doctor and make sure you ask about that, because they usually don’t think of it. Insist on x-rays for it. suggestion for Hip Bursitis care?
I have been suffering from that for 8 years now, I have had 3 cortisone shots and been prescribed physical therapy and anti inflammatory and unfortunately nothing has helped. I do find that massaging the area with icy hot can be a small help for short periods of time
