Cougar Town's Busy Philipps showed up on the red carpet at the Oscars on Sunday night. The blonde bombshell wore a strapless black dress that showed off her shoulders as she made her way into the show.Some of Busy's fans might remember that she shares a special connection with this year's Oscar host. She played James Franco's volatile on-again, off-again girlfriend in the critically-acclaimed, but short-lived Judd Apatow sitcom Freaks and Geeks.
