Underage DWI: The Zero Tolerance Policy

Driving while intoxicated (DWI) is a serious offense that is punishable under criminal state law, and the statues pertaining to DWI cases apply to everyone. However, special amendments are sometimes made in instances such as those which involve minors who have been caught drinking and driving.
