The Award-Winning Tuscan Kitchen Restaurant in Salem, New Hampshire Celebrates Christmas Eve with Traditional Italian Fare

WHAT: The Feast of the Seven Fishes (festa dei sette pesci) is celebrated on Christmas Eve and is believed to have originated in Southern Italy. Today, a tradition of Italian-Americans, it is a meal that typically consists of seven different seafood dishes.
Join Tuscan Kitchen, the award-winning Italian restaurant experience, located just north of Boston in Salem, New Hampshire as they celebrate Christmas Eve with “festa dei sette pesci” (The Feast of Seven Fishes) dinner on Saturday, December 24th, 2011 from 5:00PM – 9:00PM. Guests can look forward to a 7-course feast with family and friends for $50.00 per person. Pair your dinner with Tuscan Kitchen’s amazing and extensive wine list.
From the Italian imported limestone exterior, to the wood-fired open kitchen and warm staff, Tuscan Kitchen will transport you to Italy for Christmas Eve with the freshest and most authentic regional Italian fare in New England.

Delicate pasta pillows filled with shrimp, clams, scallops, and lobster

Capasante:
Taylor Bay Scallops, Wood Oven Roasted Hubbard Squash, Prosecco-Lemon Brodetto

Calamari:
Wood Grilled and Stuffed Calamari, Castlevatrano Olive, Ciabatta, Roasted Tomato-Anchovy Viniagrette
Zuppe de Pesce:
Monkfish, Mussels, Clams, Fennel- Saffron- Lobster Broth, Roasted Tomato, Roasted Fennel, Garlic and Grilled Ciabatta
Gamberone:
Grilled Prawns, White Beans, Parsley-Mint Oil, Dressed Winter Greens
