Review & Description

C-3PO (See-Threepio, or Threepio) is a character in Star Wars created by Anakin Skywalker prior to Star Wars Episode I: The Phantom Menace. He is a protocol droid adept at "human-cyborg relations" and boasts that he his fluent "in over six million forms of communication." He is portrayed in all six films by Anthony Daniels, and his appearance was inspired by the mysterious robot in the 1927 film Metropolis. Read more
