The Browns today announced they have signed another player, as they have come to terms with former Jets defensive end C.J. Mosley.
“C.J. adds another piece to the defensive puzzle,” said Browns General Manager George Kokinis. “He is a competitive defensive lineman that runs to the football and will fit in well with the players in that group.”
He was picked by the Vikings in the sixth round of the 2005 draft, and played in 12 games as a rookie. He was traded to the Jets in 2006, which was also Browns coach Eric Mangini’s first season with the team.
