IN THE PINK AT BECTON DICKINSON Since hitting a 52-week low of 58.14 on Nov. 21, Becton Dickinson (BDX) has perked up before closing at 66.42 on Apr. 8. One reason: The medical supplies, devices, and diagnostic-systems company posted fiscal first-quarter results that surprised analysts.
