Anheuser-Busch InBev has competed the sale of its 10 theme parks, including the three SeaWorlds and two Busch Gardens, to private equity firm Blackstone Group for at least $2.3 billion. The deal was first announced in October between the world's largest brewer, based in Belgium, and Blackstone, which is based in New York and has investments in Universal Studios Orlando and Madame Tussauds wax museums. The deal's completion was announced in a filing with the Securities and Exchange commission. Anheuser-Busch InBev, the world's biggest brewer following a merger last year, reported 1.5 billion dollars (one billion euros) in third quarter net profit on Thursday, but sales and volumes fell. The Budweiser brewer's net profits were more than double the 690 million dollars reported for the same period last year by InBev alone. InBev's takeover of US-based Anheuser Busch in 2008 created the new company. NEW YORK (Reuters) - A former top female executive at Anheuser-Busch InBev NV has sued the world's largest brewer for gender bias, accusing it of paying women less than men while maintaining a "frat party" atmosphere. Francine Katz said she filed the lawsuit on Monday in a Missouri state court in St. Louis, after leaving the company in December following a 20-year career there. She is seeking lost wages, punitive damages and other remedies from the maker of beers including Budweiser, Bud Light, Bass and Stella Artois.
