Position Description and Responsibilities: This is a unique Specialty Sales Position, with our Neuroscience Division located in Riverside, CA, that allows for independent and strategic thinking in an Institutional selling environment. This position will be responsible for developing and cultivating business relationships with a wide range of decision makers, targeted customers, and key opinion leaders. The individual will implement brand strategies and tactics and implement key initiatives to optimize sales in an institutional setting. Key accounts include teaching, community, state and VA hospitals as well as Long Term Care nursing homes and pharmacies. The individual will interpret complex marketplace data to drive productivity and performance. Dedicates time and energy to self development and willingly accepts new roles and responsibilities with enthusiasm. Builds a broad network of resources and utilizes them to fulfill business plan activities, secure positive formulary positions, and pull through for key BMS brands.
