I know at least two people who do; one is a LandAmerica 1031 exchange victim still waiting for justice to be served while the other is now serving as senior VP and general counsel at the Richmond Fed. LandAmerica Financial Group shares sink after Fidelity National Financial cancels acquisition CHARLOTTE, N.C. (AP) — LandAmerica Financial Group Inc. shares plummeted Monday after Fidelity National Financial Inc. said last week it terminated its deal to acquire the title insurer.
