Gwyneth Paltrow, Sarah Jessica Parker Pay Tribute to American Fashion Designers

Gwyneth Paltrow, Ashley Olsen, Alexa Chung and Jessica Biel were all dressed in their finest at the 2010 CFDA Fashion Awards. The awards show recognizes those who have made a solid contribution to the American fashion industry. This year, fashion designers Marc Jacobs and Jason Wu, who designed Michelle Obama's beautiful inauguration gown, both received high honors for their womenswear designs.

Notable moments of the night included a witty lifetime achievement award introduction by Anna Wintour for Michael Kors, and a memorable recognition of the late Alexander McQueen by Sarah Jessica Parker.
