I was happy to see Omar Miller join the cast of CSI: Miami because I’ve really enjoyed his work in other shows and films. He brought a wonderful sense of humor to a show I loved last season that was canceled, Eleventh Hour. Now, he’s going to bring his gift to CSI: Miami fans. That’s great news for us!
Recently, he sat down on Hollywood 411 to discuss his new role on the show. You can see his humor in the interview:

This is hilarious! Because CSI: Miami has such an iconic look and Horatio’s sunglasses, other shows are beginning to copy it. They say that imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, so that’s definitely a great thing!
Here’s a clip from the cast and crew of the show House. In it, the cast members all show us their most “elegant” goofs and it’s put to the intro song for CSI: Miami. And to tie it all together with the CSI: Miami theme, they...

In our first annual CSI awards, last time we unveiled our preseason team that Can’t Stand It. This time will look at teams that started out strong, then went CSI.
Plus teams that had leads in the fourth quarter against superior talent, and just Can’t Stand It. Then we add teams that had a chance for a big season after a big upset, then flopped against a lesser opponent.
There are several teams that can qualify for this award. The teams that at...

What, you say? Don't they always do 24 episodes per season. Quite true, in the past, save the '07-'08 writer's strike season, but the winds have shifted in our struggling economy. In an apparent belt-tightening move, CBS ordered only 22 episodes of their standing, scripted shows this season, less for new offerings. Now, as the year progresses and the numbers appear to be holding, CBS has ordered

I confess
to being a CSI police procedural junkie. Fortunately for the
physical integrity of my television set, I missed the completely
idiotic episode last week. In "Bad Seed," the always
stylishly dressed and ever intrepid Miami team of CSIs fingered
an evil food and farming CEO for poisoning a customer. The victim
ate an ear of genetically modified corn containing a botulism
gene. Utter claptrap!
In the CSI plot, the...
