May 24, 2012 (Datamonitor via COMTEX) -- General Motors, or GM, has announced that the new Cadillac ATS compact luxury sport sedan with a a fuel-efficient 2.5L engine and six-speed transmission will be priced starting at $33,990, including destination charges.  

Andrew Johnson Highway, and Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Nissan at the original location at 300 Bachman Drive in Greeneville. "My partner, Phil Bachman started a Pontiac/Cadillac dealership in 1967. At that time, he was the youngest Cadillac dealer in the United States.  

As bright futures go, Cadillac isn't a bad place to be right now. From a scant three models today -- SRX crossover; CTS compact sedan and Escalade SUV -- it's planning a steady cadence of new introductions sure to broaden its share of the luxury market.  

The Bureau predicts the SUV will continue to be body-on-frame with the new 2013 Chevrolet pickup underpinnings holding it all together. It's probably safe to assume the luxury will be upsized, the engine uptuned and the price upjacked.
