Sport of Kings

136th Running of the Kentucky Derby

The Kentucky Derby — the most watched two minutes in sports — drew more than 16 million people who tuned in to watch Super Saver’s win in the Kentucky Derby, making it the most-watched Derby in 21 years!  Jockey Calvin Borel re-wrote the history books by winning the grand event for the third time in four consecutive years. Over 100,000 people were at Churchill Downs to witness this fantastic race, which Borel won in style, riding Super Saver to the finish line in 2 minutes and 2.4 seconds on a very muddy track. This victory will fetch Super Saver’s owners a tidy sum of $1,425,200. Next up for Borel and his steed?  The Preakness, held on May 15th  will see Super Saver running to capture the second jewel of racing’s triple crown. Borel is saying they are going all the way. NeuroSonic could be a jockey’s best friend (after his horse) as the drink provides focus and mental concentration, needed to navigate any track. Those watching and betting from home or their local pubs, can mix up NeuroSonic and Vodka, NeuroGasm and Champagne and celebrate the Sport of Kings no matter where their horse comes in.
