www.louisstonephotography.com On the 30th of January 2011 Perth Western Australia had a rare summer swell courtesy of Tropical Cyclone Bianca. 8am the beach was flat, but 2 hours later and the waves had picked up to 3 – 4 foot which made fo an ok shorey bash.
