Farm Family Casualty Insurance Company has an excellent opportunity available for a Claim Director " Line of Business Leader within our Property and Casualty Claims Department.

The Claim Director position is responsible for both LOB operational activities and for bottom line results. Candidate with have a Multi-Line background with extensive Property experience. This individual will be accountable for the execution of all Claims Strategy initiatives, including development, coordination, management, communication and measurement of strategic and tactical deliverables. Position is responsible for driving operational effectiveness and consistency in practices of assigned LOB claim function. Must work with counterparts in other LOB units to collaborate on management of issues common to the LOB.
