BMW have released details of the New 3 Series. Motor Traders Bible have been privileged to get early sites of the new look. Here’s what we’ve found out and spotted:
The new BMW 3 Series has attempted to recapture it’s more athletic looks, by lowering the car’s nose. They have kept the BMW chrome grill, though the edges of the twin headlights turn up appealingly to the grill giving it a meaner look.
BMW have decided to opt for a 3 model approach with a Sport*, Modern and Luxury.
The Sport model enjoys a mix of high gloss black interior with red details, strip and stitching as standard. The front chrome around the lights on the Sport is set lower than the other models. The Sport comes, as standard with 17″ light alloys, Dark Chrome exhaust tailpipe, air inlet and rear bumper & side air inlets with black high gloss.
The Modern model has a more matt chrome finish, with an optional Fineline wood interior and a Dark Oyster colour scheme. The front chrome is set in the centre and to the middle of the fog lamps on the Modern. 17″ light alloys adorn the Modern with a Matt Chrome exhaust tailpipe, rear bumper finisher and a high gloss B pillar. Additionally, includes sport seats, the door sills are chrome with “BMW Sport” displayed.
The Luxury model has a Sporty multi-functional leather steering wheel, 18″ light alloy wheels with run-flat tyres and impressive “BMW Luxury” chrome door sills. The front grills have the chrome around the lights set higher on the Luxury. Additionally the Luxury has chrome side air inlets, rear bumper finisher and exhaust tailpipe.
