Cooooeeee I'm still here. I've been neglecting my blog lately as I'm having to work full time and just don't seem to be able to fit in my card making at the moment. Pink Petticoat Christmas Card

So sorry for not posting sooner. I was out most of yesterday at the Hobbycraft show at the NEC and I DID come back with some lovely goodies. Di Hickman: Sketch 5

Here is another card for the Di Hickman Sketch number 5.The flourish paper is from Pink Petticoat and the yellow paper is unknown, added a few bits of ribbon from my 'bit box' and the flower was from the WH Smith craft section, the stcky gems were from a pack I had ages ago from QVC.Had a good weight loss this week, another 2.5 lbs so a total of 12lbs in 7 weeks, really pleased and it was just what I needed to give me that extra bit of much needed motivation.Nothing else to tell you, I lead a...Read Full Story

Todays card is for the Di Hickman sketch no. 5.The backing papers were a freebie download and the snowmen banner was from the PC Crafter 'Christmas Sampler' collection. Good morning, and what a wonderful sunny one too!I have chosen the colours navy and pink for the Di Hickman sketch. Quick and easy card to do. Supplies used: Pink Petticoat papers, flower was from a bunch of artficial flowers from Poundland and I pulled them apart and made my own and just added a brad in the middle. Sketch This Cards: #22

Good morning. Thank goodness it's not raining (yet!). I stayed up until quite late last night finishing this card for the sketch this cards challenge no. 22.I used Pink Petticoat papers (yummy). The image is from the PC Crafter 'Ooh la la Princess' collection and I used the calligrapher font for the lettering and cut them out of glitter card on my Craft Robo. Hey ho! It's bank holiday weekend and its going to be gorgeous weather so I will be making the most of it and not making so many cards.
