Why we need Career Plan?
Competition among students and job seekers increasing stronger day by day. Earlier the competition was limited to a state or country. But now the entire situation changed global competition is increasing. Whenever any vacancy arises people are trying for the same from across the globe. If one has to stand in the competition, has to plan his studies from his/her high school days. How soon you plan that much edge you will have in the competition. Needless to say that without study/career planning it is very difficult to attain success.
Career Decision:-
10th standard is the turning point for anybody’s future. By the time when you pass out your 10th class you should be enough mature to choose career path. Once you choose your line of career you can step into your favorite line. As you aware you have to beat the competition.
What is parent’s role:-
As parents know about competition they must start encouraging the children atleast from their 8th class onwards. In my view students start to put efforts 8th, 9th and 10th classes may score better marks in 10th class and the same foundation helps find seat in right course and right collage.
What to do after 10th class:-

Right guidance required to any student after 10th class. Whether aspirant wants to become a doctor, engineer, teacher, chartered account, scientist, civil services like IAS, IPS, IFS or else what. Be clear on selecting your course. If you think you are good in science and wanted to become doctor choose only specific related course in your intermediate. If you want to become chartered accountant select only particular courses helps you to build your career. My suggestions to you all never try for courses which offer multiple choices for your career. As completion of the course either you may not be strong in any particular concept or you may not find right career choices. As you may know many concepts but you may not be thorough in any single concept.
Tips to choose right course:-
You may follow my tips to choose your careers. You have passed 10th standard with excellent marks in Science and now your family members forcing to choose doctor as your career plan. What you will do now?
Don’t choose your career path, because you have scored excellent marks in science subjects and your family members force. First thing you have to check is whether you personally are interested in doctor course. If you are not interested in doctor path it is better to give up and find your interested area. It is always interest on the career is very important. Other you will not be happy in your career. Second thing you have to think about is how strong you are in the concepts related to your selected career path. Check for your weaknesses too. If your weak points are dominating your strengths then better to skip into career path in which you are strong enough.
So always remember 2 points while choosing you career. 1. be specific on your goal (career path) 2. Choose only most relevant courses. That’s all believe me you will reach great heights in your area of career.
