Color of dress:

You must take enough care in choosing color of dress.  The color plays vital role.  As the colors creates professional impression in interviewers view.  Natural colors like gray, white, cream, black, navy blue are always advisable.  Because these kinds of clothes brings to you professional appearance.  The colors may be slightly different for men and women.

Women may choose feminine colors like lilac, dusty, ice blue, pink, soft green and combinations. During winter sheer black and nude colors are advisable.  Colors like Dark red and hot pink are not advisable for interview.  Take enough care while selecting shoes.

My suggested Colors for men are gray, beige, pastel and solid navy.  Shirt colors must be lighter compare with tie.  Thick print and dark color shirts are not advisable, as they won’t give professional look.  Black shoes are advisable but you may choose brown color as second option.   Socks must be in your suite color and long enough and take enough care that your legs will not appear.

Is dress fit enough?

Take care of choosing best fitted dress for you while going to interview.  Skirts must be loose enough otherwise you cannot feel comfortable when you sit. The length of the skirt must always just below knee.  Jackets must be tight enough but should not be too tight.  Pants must be fit but take care of comfort.  Shirt sleeves should be more than jacket length.  Men must wear a plain belt and belt buckle must be traditional, heavy buckles are not advisable.  Skin tight dress is not advisable for job interview.

Style of dress:

Many interview candidates are not clear about style of dress.  The style of your dress explains about how suitable you are for the particular job.   Based on your dress style the interviewers assess you.  Formal business wear is always advisable.  You may wear blazer.   Your toes must be covered in shoes, but not exposed.  Take care of under garments.  As undergarments makes you feel most confident, comfortable and gives you stylish look.

We may define stylish dress as combinations of suite, shirt and tie.   Suite matching color with coat and pants gives you best professional look.   Dress style should be appropriate, avoid more accessories and emblems and logos.  Remember always that we never suggest you spend you too much for stylish dress.
