Detroit Mayor Kilpatrick has fell to an all time low! After months of legal/personal scrutiny, he is about to resign as Mayor and face some time in the big house! He has pleaded guilty to all charges filed against him. Here's what USA Today reported: --The deal calls for Kilpatrick, 38, to plead guilty to two felony counts of obstruction of justice by committing perjury. He will serve four months in jail, pay up to $1 million in restitution and serve five years' probation. Kilpatrick also agreed not to run for office during that five-year span.
