Carlos Leon: ‘I’m probably a bad dad when it comes to disciplining’ Lourdes, daughter with Madonna
Carlos Leon, Madonna’s ex, says even though their relationship fizzled, he’ll be “forever grateful” to the Material Girl for their daughter.
“I have no regrets. I wouldn’t change anything. I got the best thing out of that relationship, and that’s my daughtEr,” Leon, 44, told People magazine. “My daughter is everything to me.”
Lourdes, 14, and her dad spend much of their time together watching “Harry Potter” and “Twilight” movies and negotiating curfews, he said.
Leon, a personal trainer and actor, admitted he finds it difficult to be strict with Lourdes, People reported.
“I’m a lenient dad,” he said. “I’m very empathetic, and I’m good at listening to my daughter … I’m probably a bad dad when it comes to disciplining her.
