Vuelta contender: Carlos Sastre
Quite frankly, Carlos Sastre is due for a Vuelta victory. From 2004-2008, the
Spaniard racked up two second-place finishes and one third, fourth and
fifth. He also placed third and eighth at the last two Giros d'Italia.
