ARLINGTON, Oregon — The mayor of a small Oregon town who came under fire for racy pictures of her posted on the Internet was recalled in a close vote Monday. According to the person who spearheaded the recall drive, Ron Miller, the vote was 142 in favor and 139 against the recall of Mayor Carmen Kontur-Gronquist. The recall drive in this 500 person town in Eastern Oregon got started when residents were tipped off to some racy picture of Her Honor posing in her undies on a city fire truck. There once was a town of Arlington Oregon with a poopulation of about 500 people. One year they decided to elect the beautiful Carmen Kontur-Gronquist as Mayor.
