Probably the biggest benefit of silk bouquets, is the cost. Usually, silk bouquets will end up being considerably cheaper than a fresh flower bouquet.

Another benefit of using silk flowers in your wedding bouquet, is that after you are  married, you can keep the bouquet, as a reminder of the happy day. You can also keep fresh flower bouquets, but to do this they will need to be preserved, which can be quite expensive.

With silk bouquets, you can actually try making the bouquet yourself! It can be hard with real flowers, and it’s much easier for beginners if they are using silk flowers instead.

Does fresh flowers LOOK a lot better than silk? Don’t worry, these days, it’s quite easy to get beautiful silk bouquets, that are indistinguishable from the real thing.

Ultimately it’s up to you to decide what type of wedding bouquet you want. All I can suggest is that you don’t jump into it, and give silk bouquets serious consideration, as they have many benefits. After all, the smell from a fresh flower wedding bouquet will only last for a few days, anyway!

The great day has come and gone, and you are now happily married. You now want to showcase your silk bouquets as memories of the wonderful occasion. A good display will help to really show off your wedding, and will also help to make sure the silk bouquets stays in tip-top condition. Whichever way you choose to decide to display your bouquet, there are 4 simple rules you should pay attention to:

1)     Put silk bouquets in a place where it will draw attention.

2)     Make sure the bouquet is out of the way. You don’t want to be knocking it over, or pushing it aside all the time.

3)     Keep it simple. Many people get carried away when setting up their bouquet display, and add too many photographs and other wedding items.

4)     Be sure to avoid direct sunlight hitting the bouquet. Direct sunlight is very bad for silk bouquets, and will make them fade and lose their color.
