Carrie Fisher as Princess Leia
Writer and comedienne Carrie Fisher has dropped 50 lbs. What makes it even cooler is that Fisher got a sweet paycheck in exchange for losing the weight, too.

The Jenny Craig spokesperson showed off her svelte new shape on Today Wednesday morning, telling host Ann Curry that the weight loss was a matter of necessity: "I couldn't leave [the house] to go shopping, because they didn't have sizes [large enough]. I exhausted the alphabet in bra sizes, moved into like, you know, Sanskrit."

Fisher admitted that the change in lifestyle wasn't always easy, but said she preferred the Jenny Craig cereal, dishing, "It tastes like contraband."

Fisher also joked that she's going to return to famous costume pieces from her past, now that she's slimmed down: "I wanna get back in the metal bikini and just walk around the house like an idiot, you know ... I'll come out with a line of bikinis for women over 40. It's for dignity."

A while ago Fisher talked to Entertainment Tonight about her weight loss voyage. See the video below.
