TMZ Claims Carrie Prejean Has a Sex Tape

TMZ today is claiming that Carrie Prejean dropped her lawsuit against the Miss California USA pageants officials after a lawyer showed off 15 seconds of a sex tape featuring none other than Carrie Prejean.

Prejean was suing the Miss California USA pageant officials for firing Prejean, Prejean says without cause and due to her views on gay marriage. Pageant officials said that Prejean had failed to do her duties as Miss California USA, and countersued her for the price of the breast implants she reportedly received thanks to the largess of pageant officials.

The whole thing was getting increasingly messy, with neither side coming out smelling like roses, until the suits were abruptly settled today. Prejean reportedly recieved $100,000 for her troubles. and both sides walked away.

Now TMZ is reporting that it wasn't fidicuciary gain that caused Prejean to walk away. Indeed, TMZ claims that the $100,000 will barely cover Prejean's bills. Instead, they say, a lawyer for the pageant played 15 seconds of a sex tape made by Prejean, and the former beauty queen quickly agreed to a small settlement.

TMZ also says that they've seen the sex tape, months ago. Writes the gossip site, "TMZ obtained the video months ago but decided not to post it because it was so racy. Let's just say, Carrie has a promising solo career."
