Casey Aldridge has been released from a Mississippi hospital where he has been since being thrown from his truck last Sunday.
Aldridge suffered a skull fracture around the hairline, but has been able to make a full recovery, according to People. Aldridge is back home now with Jaime Lynn Spears so they can refocus on raising their child.
