Casper Van Dien comes back in this 3rd part of the Troopers series.  Excellent performance by all.  This time Rico(Van Dien)is a Colonel in charge of an outpost that comes under attack by the bugs and gets blamed for the fall of the base.  No more will be said for those whom have not seen it yet.  A new powerful weapon is developed by the Federation.  Excellent effects as well
