By KATY GANZ Staff Writer KILLBUCK -- Ridding the village of its cat problem is going to be a lot more complex than resident Tim Carter thought. Carter appeared before council in October to offer his aid in reducing the cat population. He volunteered to trap the cats and turn them over to the Holmes County Humane Society.
