The sultry Chan Marshall/ Cat Power is going to be doing a show at the Palladium Ballroom on Saturday, April 19th. The tickets are reasonably priced and the venue is pleasantly intimate. Musically, she has been compared to Fionna Apple, Feist and PJ Harvey and her style has been described as Southern-accented nouveau folk blues...whatever that means. Regardless, she is a unique artist, with an amazing voice who is definitely worth checking out.
