The highly anticipated follow-up to 2009’s Octahedron has been officially announced by The Mars Volta frontman Cedric Bixler-Zavala.  In a post on his Youtube channel, Bixler-Zavala confirmed the speculation regarding the imminent album and prepared fans for a change in sound and cover art.  “All I can say is that most of the music and artwork is the complete opposite of everything we have done.
