Sure, you can vacation on a island paradise. Or, you could just buy the whole dang island.
Johnny Depp
Johnny Depp fell in love with the Bahamas while making Pirates of the Caribbean, and snapped up Little Hall's Pond Cay. The 45-acre, one mile long island, part of the Exuma archipelago, set Depp back $3.6 million. It features a private harbor, a palm-tree lined lagoon, and six sugar-sand sand beaches. Depp has nicknamed it "F--- Off Island," because it's where he can go when he wants everyone to, er, eff off.
