Inspired by this milestone, KARtv was created.  These DANCE driven webisodes aim to inform, educate and inspire tweens and teens throughout the dance world. Producing this new program is Joe M. Loera, a former dancer and choreographer who has been creating positive kid-friendly content for the stage, Internet and Television over the past 8 years.
