Why she's hot: Disclaimer: Greene isn't actually a soap starlet, as her real claim to fame is playing Rob Pattinson's sister in the Twilight movies. Still, drama and the adolescent sexual tension are rife in both categories, and Ashley's making the most of it -- she's already been seen out with Entourage star Adrian Grenier, and she has three movies coming out in 2009.
