BLOGGER QUEEN LESLIE SIEGEL NOVELIST PERFORMANCE ARTIST SAYS HOLLYWOOD'S DRUG COUNTER-CELEBRITY CULTURE IS ALIVE AND WELL Today is like yesterday so it's business as usual in Hollywood with celebrities types that are surrounded by Enablers'circling like vultures! Leslie Siegel reports that stars and Hollywood Hotties alike are constantly around people who will do anything to be near them! Blogger Queen asks you to remember Kurt Cobain during the early 1990's. He was hiding lifetime depression and a massive heroin addiction. Detox and rehab never helped Kurt Cobain and he ended up shooting himself in the head with a rifle. And 1 year before River Phoenix died of a speed-ball of Cocaine and Heroin injected, plus they found Valium in his bloodstream and he died in front of the Viper Club in Hollywood. Child star Corey Haim is a good example of Hollywood kids gone good, bad then good. "I had to create a regiment, I had to have a discussion with other people who knew the pitfalls!" he said candidly. "I almost lost my life due to drugs, but I'm sober now!" With a highly rated TV reality show with friend and fellow actor Corey Feldman, also sober and clean, the 2 have come to terms with Hollywood's Drug Counter-Celebrity Culture! According to Blogger queen of Gossip Leslie Siegel Corey Feldman added to the story by saying, "I became an addict and I went through everything possible, but I can say that I am now 100% sober and clean, all before the age of 19! Leslie Siegel says that any attention would be good attention for these Hollywood celebrity kids like Lohan, Hilton (not Perez) and Richie, to name a few. People forget the older ones like Jerry Garcia of the Grateful Dead, a front man heavily addicted to heroin! As his health deteriorated his heart let out. Bob Weir said, "Well, for some reason the drugs we did in the 60's were different. It was an adventure, it was fun and pure, now it's an escape!" Boy George knows what's up now. "There was no where to hide," he said honestly. Culture Club was top form in the 1980's. "It became humiliating with all the Cocaine and drugs," he dmitted. "And I became garbage in the spotlight and I had to clean up or die!" Leslie Siegel reports that #1 rated Publicist to the stars Howard Bragman knows the score with his P.R. experiences. "Hollywood is a playground of insecurity that leads to drugs and there is a path that they tend to take to be become an addictive personality, it's a recipe for substance abuse," said the P.R. man. The bottom line in Hollywood is that there is an unprecendented access to drugs. Steven Tyler of Aerosmith is a prime example! He went to rehab and cleaned up and has been sober for years. In his words, "It's really important to take your power back, because it's so easy to lose it," said the rocker. They are the lucky ones who found out in time. So those rock icons like Jimi Hendrix, Janis Joplin and Jim Morrison didn't have the strength or means back then to deal with the addiction. Now counselors are available and the Hollywood culture is getting help!
