Yes, the poll kicked off on December 1st and that upstart young superstar Miley Cyrus has been leading all along... though her lead has been steadily shrinking. Katy has been gaining ground but so has Scarlett Johansson who now sits at #2. So its Miley with 18% of the vote, ScarJo with 15% and Katy with 13%.
