Meet the Cast of 'Celebrity Rehab 3'

Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew is up for a third season, and the cast of the upcoming show is bound to deliver some entertaining (if a little disturbing) television. The show won't kick off until early 2010, but it's not to early to take a look at the cast members' backgrounds.

MacKenzie Phillips
MacKenzie Phillips
The daughter of The Mamas and the Papas singer John Phillips is best known for her role on the sitcom One Day at a Time, but she's battled drug addiction for years. Last year, she was arrested for possession of cocaine and heroin while going through security at the Los Angeles airport. She was sentenced to a rehab program after pleading guilty to a felony count of possession of cocaine, which apparently wasn't too successful.

Heidi Fleiss
Heidi Fleiss
The famous Hollywood Madam had some big name clients while running her prostitution ring, but ultimately she was convicted of pandering and tax evasion. Since then, things have turned downhill, with a 2008 arrest for illegal possession of prescription drugs and driving under the influence.




Dennis Rodman
Dennis Rodman
Rodman's NBA career was wildly successful, but his time off the court has been a struggle. His wife Michelle Moyer allegedly gathered friends to stage an intervention recently, but he decided to go on Celebrity Apprentice instead. Now Dennis has found a way to align his reality television and rehabilitation goals.



Mindy McCready
Mindy McCready
This country crooner has released a few successful albums, but her personal life has been to hell and back. She mixed a large amount of drugs and alcohol in a 2005 suicide attempt and was subsequently hospitalized, only to try again months later. She's been busted for using a fake prescription to buy Oxycontin and driving under the influence.



Lisa D'Amato
Lisa D'Amato
D'Amato was a contestant on the fifth cycle of America's Next Top Model, and she's been trying to launch a music career with limited success. On the reality show, she gained some attention by drinking tons of alcohol and wreaking havoc in the shared house -- once even befriending a plant she named "Cousin It."



Mike Starr

This former Alice In Chains bassist was busted in the '90s for drug possession at the Houston airport. He spent a month in jail at the time, but that didn't stop him from acting up later. He's been booked for driving under the influence and other drug charges as well -- once even for vandalizing a car.




Kari Ann Peniche
Kari Ann Peniche
Peniche was Miss United States Teen before she posed nude for Playboy and lost her title. She was engaged to pop star Aaron Carter for five days before the two called off the wedding, and she dated his brother Nick, too. Her addiction battles haven't been highly publicized, so her rehab treatment remains to be seen.



Joey Kovar
Joey Kovar Kovar was a cast member of The Real World: Hollywood before he left the show. He'd been to rehab before, and he was scared he'd relapse due to his roommates' hard partying. He admitted to using cocaine and ecstasy on a daily basis, and he also has a history of heavy drinking and steroid use. Since he's signed on for treatment with Dr. Drew, maybe the first rehab stint didn't go so well.
