The baby girl is named Mabel Painter Lowe, and her mother is producer Kim Painter . A rep for the couple confirmed, "Everybody is healthy and happy." Chad Lowe took his wife, Kim Painter , and daughter, Mabel , 5 months, out to Mr. Bones Pumpkin Patch yesterday where they picked out their perfect Halloween pumpkin.
