OCHOCINCO NAME CHANGE: NFL Star Going Back to Chad Johnson
Here we go again. New England Patriots wide receiver has revealed that he’s changing his name – again.
He’s going to drop the “Ochocinco” surname and go back to just being Chad Johnson.
You see, Ochocinco intends on marrying his Basketball Wives girlfriend Evelyn Lozada, and it seems she may not be to keen on becoming Evelyn Ochocinco.
The wide receiver has therefore told his friends he’ll be changing his name back to Johnson to avoid any issues.
He changed his name to Chad Ochocinco in 2008 playing for the Cincinnati Bengals, much to the chagrin of the NFL.
It was his way of poking a little fun at the league while equally branding himself as star wide receiver that could simply be known by his jersey number in Spanish.
