ABC Local reports that Charles Carl Roberts, the shooter in the Amish school shooting, was a father and husband.     Charles Roberts apparently called his wife from a cell phone during the school shooting.  He said that he was "acting out in revenge for something that happened 20 years ago," State Police Commissioner Jeffrey B.
