Charles Grodin is a former cable talk show host. he tried his hand at acting for a while, and even appeared on Saturday Night Live. He was in the 1968 horror film, Rosemary's Baby. His big breakthrough was his leading role of the film "The Heartbreak Kid".

More recently, Grodin appears on TV and radio shows. He's been on The Late Show with David Letterman a number of times, and you'll hear him on radio on WCBS.

Charles Grodin has never been asked back to host Saturday Night Live, after he gave a clumsy performance in October 1977. The story goes like this: Grodin missed rehearsals, then stumbled his way through the entire SNL show. He forgot lines and began to ad-lib during multiple skits. The SNL cast and management team was less than thrilled. Grodin has never been asked back to the show. But he has been on other late night TV shows, including David Letterman. Read Full Story
